The Story of California’s State Parks at the San Diego Nature History Museum. California
Forever is the history of our state parks and the people who fight to protect
them. Sally Kaplan and David Vassar of Backcountry Pictures will be on hand to
talk about their two year trek to film 47 of California’s state parks.
Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park is one of the 47
state parks highlighted in the documentary. Filmmakers Sally and David spent
two days filming in Allensworth.
