Dr Mylene Rucker of Visalia is proposing the establishment of a health clinic in or near Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park. She has planned a public meeting at her office to solicit feedback and locate potential investors. Dr. Rucker said “there’s a need down there”, “they have to go all the way to Delano”.
